Specifications

  • TSM will disperse pastes far too heavy in excess of 300,000 centipoises. This mixer is a two machine in one combining the dispersing action of a high speed disc with the high shear action of the heavy duty open impeller.

Design Highlights

  • Twin shaft dispersers have dual shaft , one with dispersion tool and second shaft with anchor type impeller for creating shear action
  • Double suction cowl disc impeller , helps to reduce dispersion time by 40% but motor hp increases by 20%
  • Vacuum models are available to prevent air entrapment
  • Side wall scrapper with separate drive can be made
